This baking mix for "Sundried Tomato and Herb Focaccia" was sent to me for review by Epicurian Selections, a company based out of Victoria, BC. It was fast to put together (took longer to do the 3 dishes it made) and smelled awesome in the oven. The resulting crumb was airy and light, but too sweet - the ingredients list orange oil and sugar as elements I wouldn’t add to a savoury bread.

My full review (and comparison with a scratch recipe!) will be up shortly.
