NEW YORK (AP) - Miley Cyrus is already way richer than her dad, Billy Ray, and she’s only 15. People magazine reports that the Miley Cyrus franchise will be worth a projected one billion dollars by the end of the year. She tops the magazine’s list of the richest teen celebrities.
